We recommend bringing appropriate clothing for the weather, and warm clothes for later. Even in good weather it's noticeably cooler after dark.
Yes, please feel free to bring your own food and drink! Or if you'd rather relax and let us do the hard work, you can pre-order a gourmet picnic hamper to collect on arrival. There will also be delicious food available to purchase on site and a well-stocked bar to keep you refreshed.
We ask that you don't bring gazebos to ensure everyone has the best possible view of the stage. The following are also not permitted on site: flame torches, sky lanterns, BBQs, stoves, any naked flames, drones, balloons and sound recording equipment. Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Robin Hill will be open to the public as usual during the day (until 3pm), but will be closed during the concert.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site at Robin Hill.
The gates open from 5pm.
Performances will start from 6pm, with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra due to begin playing at 7.30pm.
There will be plenty of toilets on site in the main concert area.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the audience seating area. We politely ask that you move away from the main seating area in order to smoke or vape. Please respect the venue by disposing of cigarette ends responsibly.
The concert will go ahead in inclement weather, just make sure you dress accordingly!
Unfortunately furry friends are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs. Though please bear in mind the evening will close with a fireworks finale.
